How to reach Wild One and explore the Tillari region

About Tillari

Wild One is located in the Tillari region of Dodamarg taluka, Sindhudurg district, in the southern reaches of Maharashtra — along the Maharashtra–Goa border and within the northern Western Ghats, one of the world's biodiversity hotspots and a UNESCO World Heritage region.

The landscape is defined by dense evergreen and semi-evergreen forests, rolling hills, streams, and the Tillari backwaters. It forms part of an important wildlife corridor in the Sahyadris, rich in birdlife, butterflies, and forest wildlife.

This blend of forest, water, and hills makes Tillari a rewarding destination for birdwatchers, photographers, trekkers, students of nature, and anyone seeking quiet time away from the city.
